Onsolar Corporation is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to connect with clients online, answer inquiries, and guide them from first contact all the way to closing the deal. If you thrive in fast-paced conversations, know how to build trust, and can convert interest into sales—you’re who we need.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly & professionally to online inquiries (FB Messenger & more)
- Recommend solutions & explain promos or bundles
- Collect client info & track leads for follow-ups
- Provide checklists & step-by-step guidance for requirements
- Do verification calls to confirm details
- Assist in finalizing agreements & ensuring documents are complete
- Conduct site visits or field work to meet customers and collaborate with the project engineer
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior High School graduate (college-level or graduate preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (BPO/chat experience a plus)
- Comfortable with online selling & client coordination
- Willing to work on-site in El Nido, Palawan
- Willing to respond to urgent customer inquiries even beyond shift hours when needed
- Knowledge in solar industry is a plus
