Key Responsibilities: - Record and update daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payables, receivables). - Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. - Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Encode and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system. - Assist in bank reconciliation and prepare deposit slips when needed. - Support payroll preparation and other accounting schedules. - Maintain filing and organization of accounting documents for easy retrieval. - Coordinate with internal departments for validation of financial data. - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. - Perform other related tasks as may be assigned. Qualifications: - Must be Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or any related field. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
