Overview We are a fast-growing DTC natural foods & wellness brand with a strong niche in specialty honey and alternative health products. Our mission is to provide premium, lab-tested products sourced directly from origin, while maintaining transparency, cultural respect, and product integrity. Role: Creative Strategist to lead the research, development, and execution of high-performing ad creatives that drive growth across Meta and other paid social platforms. This role is central to building a scalable creative engine — from research and concept development through to production, testing, and iteration. You will be the bridge between consumer psychology, creative storytelling, and performance marketing — ensuring that our ads not only look great but consistently deliver results (CPA, CTR, ROAS). Key Responsibilities Ad Creation & Concepting Develop and deliver ad concepts that capture attention and convert. Write creative briefs for UGC creators, video editors. Oversee UGC, static, and video ad production to ensure quality and performance alignment. Continuously test new hooks, storytelling angles, and content formats. Creative Research & Insights Research audience psychology, cultural trends, and competitor ads. Use tools like Meta Ad Library, Motion, Atria and trend databases to identify opportunities. Translate insights into actionable creative strategies and briefs. Testing & Performance Analysis Partner with media buyers to analyze ad performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS). Build creative testing roadmaps and structured iterations. Scale winning ads and cut non-performers quickly. Creative Strategy & Funnel Building Design ad creatives across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention). Align creatives with campaign objectives and audience targeting. Contribute fresh, bold ideas to the broader marketing ecosystem. Brief, guide, and inspire creators, editors, and copywriters. Build and manage a scalable creative system. Help cultivate a creative-first culture within the team. Requirements Experiences & Skills 3–5+ years proven experience in creating and scaling ad creatives (Meta focus). Strong knowledge of consumer psychology, cultural trends, and platform behaviours . Proven track record of developing ad concepts into winning campaigns . Strong copywriting skills for ad hooks, headlines, and scripts. Hands-on experience in UGC, video, and static ad production . Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and creative testing processes. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Trello, Frame.io, and Figma. Creative & Bold: Ability to push boundaries with storytelling and design. Committed & Responsible: Ownership mentality; outcome-driven, not just task-driven. Collaborative & Open: Strong communicator who thrives in team settings. Performance-Minded: Balances creativity with data — ads must deliver results. Consistently deliver winning ads achieving ROAS > 3 with $20K+ spend. Steady output of creative ideas, concepts, and briefs . Build and maintain a repeatable creative engine for ongoing campaigns.
