Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.4. Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.5. Ensures that all accounts in her/his areas are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.6. Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery.7. Monitors and assist the collection department to ensure the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts on time.8. Responsible to monitor Sika concrete products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.9. Responds immediately to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.10. Utilizes Salesforce for all sales activities (i.e. agenda, record opportunities, quotes).## Your expertise - Our strength**Job Requirements:****Education:**Graduate of B.S.
