AI Engineer

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Lead architectural design for scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions
• Establish best practices, governance, and lifecycle processes for low-code/no-code development
• Build and customize intelligent Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Prototype and productize conversational and task-based Copilots for internal and external use cases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other engineering teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Ensure seamless integration across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) and third-party platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and citizen developers

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven track record developing with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure-based AI tools
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its extensibility
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services and REST-based integrations
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Architect, Azure AI Engineer)
• Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, or adaptive cards
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of data security and compliance in Microsoft cloud environments
