Base pay range About the client: Our client is a leading full-service digital marketing agency based in Hurricane, WV, working in the home services industry. From Local SEO to Paid Media and Website Management, this agency handles everything for a growing portfolio of local businesses. About the role: We are looking for a result-driven SEO specialist responsible for delivering organic results for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamental knowledge about SEO, local SEO, technical SEO techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving key skills. The SEO specialist’s responsibilities include working closely with the client servicing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring SEO success, and maintaining the website\'s architecture to ensure compliance with all the best practices. In this position, you’ll work with an elite team of dynamic professionals to plan, manage and implement high-value SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. What you’ll be doing This role requires a deep level of knowledge of SEO, which includes overall SEO fundamentals, Local SEO, WordPress, Backlinking, and Technical SEO Work with Web Production, Digital Marketing Team, and Web Content teams to implement on-page optimizations Pulling analytics data, structure it to derive insights and guide SEO decisions Collaborating with Account Managers and Project Managers on client campaigns Set up dashboards and reports to track overall SEO performance and project-based initiatives Stay up to date on industry trends and keep the internal team informed of risks and opportunities that will impact the SEO program Creating detailed monthly progress reports Doing competitive analysis to benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass competitors Manage SEO-related assets and tools/platforms, including Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, and others Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns Highly organized and detail-oriented, but capable of maintaining momentum Extremely flexible and adaptable Strong interest in marketing; actively seeks to improve knowledge and experience Great with moving parts and multiple tasks; reliable and accountable Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factors Attention to errors, glitches, and issues that may fall through the cracks Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console Position and work setup Position: SEO Specialist Remote Status: Fully Remote Preferred Location: Philippines Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays: US Major Holidays & Philippines Major Holidays Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 46,000 per month + Performance Bonuses Internal Job ID: BT-0037 Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bionic Talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
