Handle customer calls, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Job Description:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to retail products and services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
