Job Description Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Defines and owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud and infrastructure services, including data center and network capabilities. Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Aligns product direction with company goals, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Product Development & Lifecycle Management Oversees the full product lifecycle - from ideation and validation to launch and continuous improvement. Leads market research, business case development, and product conceptualization. Collaborates with engineering and infrastructure teams to define product requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines. Stakeholder Management Develops go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing in partnership with Marketing. Owns the strategic direction while Marketing supports execution through campaigns, events, and collateral. Works closely with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of infrastructure solutions. Enables sales teams with product training, documentation, and support for client engagements. Ensures compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all infrastructure environments. The Successful Applicant A successful Cloud & Infrastructure Product Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 - 7 years of product management experience, preferably in the cloud and infrastructure domains. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data center operations, and associated services. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience with data center capacity planning, colocation services, cloud cost optimization, DevOps tools, and microservices architecture.
