Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 2-3 years of relevant experience Experience in a Finance or Shared Services environment Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel Experience with software collections Familiarity with GetPaid, NetSuite, DNBi, and Salesforce preferred Media industry experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail - able to work with multiple or incomplete data points to make sound decisions, identify root causes, and take corrective and preventive actions Excellent communication skills - able to effectively engage with superiors and peers across diverse business units and U.S. regions Strong customer service orientation - understands and acts on the diverse needs of various stakeholders Your Daily Tasks Execute bad debt write-off and agency placement process Serve as point of contact for markets and Shared Services on bad debt issues Monitor and request updates on account credit statusTrack and manage accounts under bankruptcy proceedings and file POCs Maintain accuracy in invoice, settlement, and litigation processes Generate and update reports for bad debt and recoveries Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners Support standardization, process improvement, and automation efforts Document policies and procedures Provide refresher training on bad debt and third-party processes Complete service tickets and assigned tasks on time Participate in special projects as required About the Client Empowering Data.
