Job Description Develop and execute a comprehensive in-store marketing strategy aligned with global brand standards and local market dynamics. Lead annual planning for in-store campaigns, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and brand impact. Create immersive, culturally relevant in-store experiences that drive foot traffic and increase dwell time. Champion customer-centric design and storytelling across all physical touchpoints. Design and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential activations across all store formats. Analyze shopper behavior, campaign performance, and store-level data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. Implement A/B testing and pilot programs to validate new concepts and innovations. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-store marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay ahead of retail trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategy and inspire new ideas. The Successful Applicant Minimum 10 years of experience in retail trade marketing or customer experience role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of leading in-store marketing strategies across multi-outlet retail environments Strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper psychology, and path-to-purchase strategies Expertise in visual merchandising, store layout optimization, and experiential retail Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment What's on Offer We provide a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, along with opportunities for global career advancement within a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.
