Responsibilities Collect payments, invoices, receipts, and other important documents from clients or partners as instructed. Deliver official documents, letters, contracts, and other items to government agencies, clients, suppliers, or branches. Ensure all collections and deliveries are properly documented with official receipts or acknowledgement forms. Maintain a log or record of all trips, transactions, and activities. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of documents handled. Perform bank transactions such as deposits or check encashments as needed. Assist in other errands or administrative duties as may be assigned. Keep company-issued motorcycle or vehicle in good working condition and ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent; vocational course is an advantage. With at least 1–2 years of experience as a messenger or collector. Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2 or equivalent). Familiar with local routes and locations, especially banks, government offices, and client offices. Trustworthy, honest, and responsible. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Can work with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
