Payment Processor

Overview This position supports the vendor payment processor lead in creating online payments for bills that have been funded. Responsibilities Complete all eligible electronic payments via the vendor's web portal/IVR daily. Initiate and complete all eligible P-card and/or E-check manual accounts in the database daily. Work closely with other job functions on the team. Back up registrations on an as-needed basis. Other duties as requested by manager. Qualifications Education/Certification/Knowledge: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Experience with financial or banking accounts preferred. Skills/Abilities: Ability to work proactively with banking, client, team, and utility contacts; independent work style and ability to manage multiple priorities; excellent verbal communication; highly detail-oriented. Work Environment Typical office hours are night shift - Hours start at 10 PM Manila time (6 AM PST). Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occasionally may be required. Traveling off-site to a local event occurs rarely and may be required. Incumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones, office machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employees. Required Physical Abilities Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move between areas, sit and use a computer for long periods. Manual and physical dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents. Sufficient near-vision acuity to read information on screens, handwriting, and printed documents. Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds of forms and documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
