Façade Drafter

We are seeking a Façade Drafter / Designer with proven experience in composite panel systems and strong technical skills in handling 3D point cloud files (.RCS / .RCP) . The ideal candidate will support our clients architectural and engineering team by producing accurate shop drawings, façade layouts, and cladding details using data from 3D field scans. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update architectural and façade shop drawings for composite and aluminum panel systems . Interpret and work with 3D laser scans / point cloud data (.RCS, .RCP) for existing buildings. Create precise layouts, sections, and fabrication details based on field scans and design intent. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Work efficiently within AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Autodesk ReCap environments. Review and verify dimensions, tolerances, and installation alignments from scan data. Qualifications: minimum 5 years of experience in façade, cladding, or architectural detailing (required). Strong knowledge of composite panels (ACP, aluminum honeycomb, sandwich panels) and their fixing systems. Proficient in AutoCAD 3D , Autodesk ReCap , and Revit . Ability to read and interpret point cloud models and wireframe views . Background in architecture, civil, or mechanical drafting preferred. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills. Must be comfortable working night shift to align with the clients time zone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
