Responsibilities Partner closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, data-driven features that empower our users to understand and improve employee engagement. Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and upholds the highest standards for data privacy and security. Work with Customer Success to ensure the success of our customers. Continuously champion high quality software engineering practices - from planning, implementation, test automation, documentation, code reviews, scaling, performance, metrics, logging, and monitoring - essentially the entire software development lifecycle Evaluate and implement cloud-based services that enhance our platform's capabilities, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology. Grow yourself and your team - mentorship enables everyone to learn and improve Qualifications 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environment. Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus) Familiarity with agile software development processes for building distributed systems, Android applications, and/or e-commerce platforms Self-driven to tackle challenges head-on and achieve goals Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes Excel at working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced groups #J-18808-Ljbffr
