Aircon Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems, including central, ductless, and window units. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components for wear and tear. Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair issues with air conditioning systems, ensuring timely and efficient service. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify system malfunctions and provide the most cost-effective solution. Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs. Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain safe working practices.
