WHAT IS A/AN MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST?

Responsible for providing comprehensive support to project teams by conducting thorough quantitative research, undertaking detailed data analysis, and producing insightful reports that incorporate clear storytelling and actionable recommendations for clients.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Project Management:

  • Support the design and delivery of large sample quantitative research projects including drafting of questionnaires, testing of survey links, tracking survey participation, monitor completion rates and coding of data
  • Day to day communication with project teams
  • Liaising with field and other suppliers

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Apply analytical techniques to quantitative data to answer the research objectives
  • Develop clear and visually engaging charts and graphs to effectively present data, ensuring that key insights, trends and actionable recommendations are highlighted
  • Perform data quality checks and proofing to eliminate errors

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Market Research industry or consulting
  • Relevant work experience in brand and communications research (desirable but not essential)
  • Relevant work experience in brand-tracking projects (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in Q Research Software or similar analysis software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
