Ensure excellent service by maintaining machine functionality, building positive customer relationships, and responding promptly to machine issues such as hand pays, jackpots, and malfunctions.

• Provide top-tier service to both internal and external guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and greet guests courteously.
• Ensure slot machines are functioning properly; attend to minor malfunctions and replenish slot tickets.
• Place "Out of Order" signs on broken machines and notify technicians and supervisors for repairs.
• Engage proactively with slot customers to foster positive relationships.
• Regularly patrol assigned areas, responding swiftly to guest concerns and machine service needs.
• Assist guests with gaming machines and provide information about casino events and services.
• Clearly explain game rules, payouts, and jackpots to guests.
• Assist with machine payouts according to department policies.
• Keep slot areas clean and organized.
• Complete sign-in/out sheets for radios and keys.
• Comply with all gaming regulations and company policies consistently.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality within the department and company.
• Communicate openly with supervisors.
• Report safety hazards, intoxicated or disruptive guests, cheating, disputes, or other issues immediately to a supervisor.
• Escalate guest concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Support supervisors with operational tasks and concerns.
