Responsibilities

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in manufacturing and support departments.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to support financial efficiency and productivity analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance and production teams to evaluate performance metrics and prepare financial models.
  • Assist in variance analysis of production costs, overhead, and labor productivity.
  • Prepare and present reports on cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and the financial impact of proposed projects.
  • Provide technical support for capital expenditure planning and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Ensure alignment of operational practices with financial planning and corporate targets.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean Sigma methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office environment with potential exposure to manufacturing settings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, innovative thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
