Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation. Hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation (Web, API, Mobile, and SAP). Skilled in Custom Module Creation and API Testing using Tosca. Experience in CI/CD integration with Jenkins or Azure DevOps . Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Java for automation extensions. Proficient in Manual Testing for End-to-End Business Flows . Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, concepts, and best practices. Experience in test data management, test environment coordination, and automation feasibility analysis. Proficient in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports. Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective automation or testing strategies. Domain expertise in Policy , Claims , and Finance systems. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Able to start immediately (ASAP). Willing to work flexible hours to support a global or cross‑time‑zone workforce. Job Description Ensures that business requirements are testable, and that the format and content of functional design specifications are clear and complete. Performs both manual and automated testing for complex, end-to-end business processes to ensure software quality and functional accuracy. Designs, develops, and maintains robust Tosca automation suites covering Web, API, Mobile, and SAP applications, ensuring high test coverage and reliability. Validates system integrations and data flows across multiple platforms, identifying issues and working closely with development and business teams for timely resolution. Owns the test automation strategy within Agile sprints, aligning test coverage with business priorities and ensuring efficient automation delivery. Conducts feasibility analysis for automation opportunities and recommends optimization strategies to improve speed, stability, and maintainability. Implements Custom Module Creation and API testing in Tosca, leveraging strong scripting skills in Python or Java for custom extensions and test enhancements. Integrates automated test execution with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps, enabling continuous testing and faster release cycles. Collaborates with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test data, environment, and automation requirements. Monitors and maintains automation assets, performs regular reviews, and ensures test artifacts are version‑controlled and reusable. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to SDETs and manual testers, promoting Tosca best practices and advancing the overall QA maturity of the team. Participates in test planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment for both manual and automated testing activities.
