We are looking for a systematic and forward-thinkingDesign System Architect who will take our design system to the next level — evolving it from a component library into a true scaling infrastructure. You will lead the development of a unified visual and interaction language, build strong bridges between design and code, implement tokenization and living documentation, and ensure cross-functional adoption of the system across all company products. What you’ll be doing: Evolve and maintain a next-generation design system (Foundation, Tokens, Components, Patterns) Set up a flexible token architecture with support for themes, brands, and platforms (iOS, Android, Web) Manage Figma libraries: versioning, structure, and variants Formalize processes for contribution, review, documentation, and governance Collaborate with product design teams, frontend developers, brand team, and QA Define maturity metrics for the design system and track adoption Foster a culture of systems thinking and design quality within the team 5+ years of experience in product design, including at least 1–2 years working with design systems Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout 5.0, Components, Tokens Studio, Variants) Solid understanding of design tokens, their export and synchronization with code (Style Dictionary, Git, CI/CD) Experience with Storybook or similar component libraries Skills in creating and maintaining documentation (Zeroheight, Notion, Confluence) Understanding of the front-end environment Strategic mindset with the ability to build processes and influence team culture Strong communication and facilitation skills: you can explain, engage, and persuade Why would it be cool to work with us?
