Job Description: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for making both print and digital designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in design tools, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of digital and print design best practices. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Video editing and animation skills are a plus. Responsibilities: Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, logos, websites, and social media content. Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual representation of campaigns and products. Designing promotional materials, flyers, posters, brochures, email templates, web banners, and other marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Working with external printers and vendors to ensure production quality for print materials. Staying updated on industry trends and integrating new design techniques and technologies into creative processes. Editing and refining existing graphics, layouts, and photos based on feedback from the team. Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection. Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes. Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits: A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year.
