Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.

  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.

  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant records.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution of workplace issues.

  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention programs.

  • Ensure proper communication and implementation of company policies and procedures.

  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping monitoring.

  • Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and leave management.

  • Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.

Performance Management

  • Monitor employee performance evaluation schedules.

  • Assist managers in conducting performance reviews.

  • Maintain performance appraisal records and reports.

Training and Development

  • Coordinate employee training programs and seminars.

  • Monitor training attendance and maintain training records.

  • Assist in identifying training needs and development opportunities.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and employee movement reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support company activities and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of HR experience ; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems.

  • Experience handling government compliance and statutory benefits.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
