Job Summary:
The Nurse/Medical Service Coordinator – NCR is responsible for coordinating and supporting medical and healthcare-related services, ensuring proper patient care, medical documentation, and communication with healthcare providers. The position also assists in case management and promotes quality and compassionate healthcare services in accordance with the organization\'s humanitarian mission.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Valid Nursing License/Registration in accordance with applicable regulations
At least 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with experience in care coordination or case management
Experience in a hospital, clinic, home healthcare, or insurance medical coordination is an advantage
Strong clinical knowledge and patient care coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in medical documentation and healthcare systems
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, responsible, and able to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Willing to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
Willing to work in an environment that observes charism principles and promotes environmental sustainability, vegetarianism, and a simple lifestyle.
