Junior Property Accountant (Remote, Full-Time)
About the Job
If you're an ambitious accountant who's ready to grow and learn from experienced mentors - while working with high-profile real estate clients across Canada - this is your opportunity.
This role is for early-career accountants who want to develop inside a structured, high-performance accounting system , not a chaotic or loosely managed environment.
At Mogul CPA, Junior Property Accountants are not left guessing what "good" looks like. You execute clearly defined accounting tasks, follow documented processes, and are measured on objective performance standards.
You will support real estate portfolios across Canada by executing recurring accounting work and structured cleanup tasks - as designed by Senior Accountants and overseen by the Director of Accounting. You'll gain exposure to full-cycle accounting, client communication, and high-level problem-solving - all within a culture built on kindness, structure, and professional growth.
This role rewards accuracy, reliability, and ownership. If you perform well, you will earn more responsibility. If you don't, you will receive direct feedback quickly.
