We're Hiring: Automotive Parts Sales Manager – Philippines

Location: Philippines

Territory of Activity: Philippines

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a Automotive Parts Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the Philippines. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with our Japan headquarters and regional teams, while driving key business development and customer relationship activities locally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of automotive parts sales operations including planning and forecasting
  • Drive business growth and gross profit in line with the annual business plan
  • Develop and execute the annual business plan based on market trends and customer feedback
  • Maintain close communication and coordination with the office headquarters overseas
  • Identify and engage potential customers to grow our product presence and sales pipeline
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular market research: monitor industry changes, competitor strategies, and pricing trends
  • Perform routine customer visits to stay informed on market developments
  • Support office administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Handle any additional duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant sales experience, including exposure to the Automotive OEM sector
  • Experience in the aftermarket sector is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding sales territories
  • Strong ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Highly organized with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Business-savvy with a commitment to excellence
  • Skilled in problem-solving, offering solutions, and teamwork
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical reporting tools
  • Willing and able to travel on short notice
