Job Title Head of Marketing About the Role The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving the company’s overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution. This role will lead the development of a strong brand presence, build high-impact marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints. As a strategic leader, the Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define target customer personas and create marketing plans to reach them effectively. Leadership & Team Development Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and unified execution. Brand Management Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with the mission and values. Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and guidelines to strengthen brand recognition across all channels. Digital Marketing Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI. Content Strategy & Management Create and manage a content strategy that engages, informs, and educates the target audience. Oversee content creation, distribution, and content marketing initiatives to ensure high-quality, on-brand materials. Data & Performance Analytics Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to guide marketing decisions and support business growth. Budget & Partnership Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to expand the company’s reach and visibility. General Responsibilities Handle unexpected and ad hoc marketing responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Perform other tasks as assigned by the client. Responsibilities are subject to change as deemed necessary. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience , preferably with solid experience in a marketing or creative agency setting. Proven experience in leading a marketing team or overseeing cross-functional marketing projects. Strong background in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing). Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute successful campaigns. Strong understanding of brand management, positioning, and messaging. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Highly analytical with experience using data and insights to guide decisions. Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM, CMS, automation tools) is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
