Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more? ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 2+ years of experience in SEO Outreach , link-building, and outreach with a proven track record of improving domain authority and SEO performance Deep understanding of link-building strategies, link quality, and backlink profile analysis Strong experience with SEO and backlink tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Google Search Console, and similar platforms Demonstrated ability to develop and manage outreach and partnership campaigns at scale Excellent understanding of E-E-A-T principles and their role in modern SEO Experience working cross-functionally with content, marketing, PR, and SEO teams Familiarity with SEO performance tracking and analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive mindset with a creative approach to identifying new link-building opportunities Your Daily Tasks Develop and execute Outreach SEO and backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve organic rankings Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential link partners (websites, influencers, media, blogs) Manage and scale outreach campaigns (manual outreach, guest posting, content partnerships, PR campaigns) Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps Analyze and monitor existing backlink profile to ensure link quality and relevance Develop strategies to recover, disavow, or replace toxic or low-quality links Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align link-building efforts with broader content marketing and brand objectives Partner with digital PR teams to support content promotion and brand visibility campaigns Stay on top of Google algorithm updates impacting off-site SEO and link-building best practices Monitor and report on the impact of backlink activities on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) Present reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders Maintain an in-depth understanding of SEO off-site trends, tools, and emerging technologies Welcome to Emapta Philippines Join a team that values camaraderie, excellence, and growth.
