Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Consultant based in the Philippines to join our growing regional team on a contractor basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, results‑driven HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. About the Role As a Recruitment and HR Consultant, you will partner with our clients across the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors, supporting their talent acquisition and HR needs across the Asia‑Pacific region. You’ll be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment, HR advisory, and ensuring best practices in compliance and people management. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across various functions (sales, marketing, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation Support HR and recruitment projects across Philippines regions Maintain accurate candidate and HR data records About You Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment or HR, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries Strong understanding of the Asia‑Pacific talent market, especially the Philippines Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines Previous experience working with international clients preferred Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
