Urology - Oncology Product Specialist (NAGA AREA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and scientifically oriented Oncology Product Specialist to promote our uro-oncology portfolio. The role involves building strong relationships with hematologists and healthcare professionals, delivering impactful product presentations, and driving sales performance within the assigned territory. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about advancing treatments in blood disorders and oncology-related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail hematology products to hematologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders
• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver scientific product presentations and engage in evidence-based discussions
• Stay updated on clinical data, treatment guidelines, and competitor activity in hematology
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, symposia, and educational programs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex clinical data
• Self-driven and capable of managing territory independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hematology, oncology, or specialty care products
• Established network with hematologists, oncologists, and hospital accounts
• Familiarity with treatment protocols for blood disorders (e.g., anemia, leukemia, lymphoma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
