What You’ll Do As the Head of CRO , you’ll lead strategy and execution for optimizing conversion across all of our customer touchpoints — landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, and email funnels. You’ll combine creative copywriting with analytical experimentation to identify what truly drives results. You will: Own the end-to-end CRO roadmap for Cyber Tools’ DTC funnels and eCommerce sites. Create, test, and iterate on landing page copy , layouts, and hooks that increase CVR and AOV. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Convert. Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to find conversion leaks and opportunities. Collaborate closely with designers, media buyers, and content teams to bring high-impact experiments to life. Develop hypotheses based on consumer psychology and direct-response marketing principles. Optimize messaging hierarchy, product storytelling, and visual elements to maximize clarity and desire. Build dashboards and reporting for continuous learning and scaling what works. What You Bring 3+ years experience in CRO or eCommerce growth , ideally for DTC or Amazon brands. Proven success running data-driven A/B tests that moved key metrics. Strong copywriting chops — you know how to sell with words, not just test buttons. Deep understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing. Proficiency with analytics and testing tools (GA4, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar, etc.).
