  • Strong understanding ofuser interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices .
  • Excellent programming skillsin Python, R, SQL; reporting tools MS Power BI, Tableau, other MS Office ; and preferably withexperience in developing mobile/web apps
  • Exposure tomachine learning models for integration with AI programs ; Familiarity withstatistical modeling techniques
  • Familiarity withGen AI and other AI technologies , preferably withMS Copilot Studio, other LLMs
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, value propositions, and engage the target audience.
  • Skilled in research, business and technical analysis, business value propositions build & presentations
  • Experience in branding and communications, with a keen eye for visual design and messaging.
  • Familiarity with conversational design principles and chatbot/virtual assistant technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders; Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in AI product development.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
Job Description
  1. Responsible for end-to-end AI products development lifecycle, from ideation, proposal preparation, and prototyping to deployment and maintenance & and reporting
  2. Perform research, business and technical analysis, designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven products and solutions; Ensure completeness of reporting and documentation as required.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into a clear AI program vision together with the plan to execute and operationalize; Conduct and interpret user surveys as needed.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.
  5. Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to assess their potential for improving business growth. Analyze products and potential vendor/supplier offerings and benchmark AI products to gain insights into their strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators, especially reference cases.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis on what the other banks, relevant companies or the industries are doing to address business challenges, possibly to be resolved or augmented by AI-driven products.
  7. Ensure adherence to the selection and approval process of AI tools and products, including development or facilitation of proof of concepts or prototypes, with comprehensive assessment and documentation of results and recommendations.
  8. Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, computer vision applications, and other AI technologies.
  9. Lead creation of enablement plans for the usage or roll-out of AI products. and conduct necessary knowledge sharing/training
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines related to AI, data privacy, and security. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR or industry-specific standards, when designing and developing AI products.
  11. Participate in the division’s design and implementation of the overall strategy and guidelines for the AI Program
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall experience strategy and guidelines for the team’s AI Program, with measurable KPIs and KRAs.
  13. Understand and clearly communicate the AI program goal, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  14. Create compelling content and AI products for various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters, to engage and educate the target audience. AI products should be consistent with the Bank’s branding and messaging across all program materials and channels.
  15. Partake in the creation, submission, and presentation of AI plans (details on business, technical, enablement, and related matters).
  16. Responsible for developing and implementing a performance management framework to track and measure the AI program's success against KPIs and KRAs, especially those committed as part of the Project business case approvals
  17. Conduct regular analysis of program data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop improvement strategies based on data insights.
  19. Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards that highlight program performance, trends, and insights.
  20. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  21. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams clearly and concisely.
  22. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to track program metrics and provide real-time visibility into performance.
  23. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards.
  24. Continuously improve and enhance dashboards based on user feedback and evolving program needs.
