You'll also accurately document all interactions to ensure we maintain our high standard of service. Education : High school graduate (SHS) or completed at least two years or four semesters of college. Experience : We prefer candidates with at least six months of BPO experience, but FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY Availability : You're open to working on-site in Cebu City and are comfortable with a night or shifting schedule.
