Job Title: LeadFrontend Developer(iGaming)
Location: Fully Remote from the Philippines
Reporting to Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • 40% leading and 60% technical hands-on coding.
  • Provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks.
  • Ensure correct code implementation with quality, stability and readability in mind.
  • Passing on knowledge and dedicating time to mentoring other colleagues. Making the onboarding process better and seamless.
  • Be a leading role-model and coach for your peers, never stop learning and always strive for improvement.
  • Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Improve or maintain technical skills on a higher level, see the bigger picture and try to architect good solutions for new features or find problems in the projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications.
  • Engage closely with our Head of Engineering to craft robust software and delineate the technical roadmap.

What You Bring

  • You have 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient English written and oral skills.
  • Responsibility and taking ownership is your second nature. You are not afraid of being responsible for features, making technical decisions and in case something went wrong fix it in a short amount of time.
  • Experience with modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.
  • A desire to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
  • The skill to understand complex problems and develop maintainable software solutions for them.
