Route Planner

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan daily itinerary schedule and properly allocate resources to meet customer’s requirements and maximize profits.
• Ensure customer’s orders are completely, properly, and timely deliver.
• Develop strategic logistical plan to expand the distribution of products nationwide.
• Efficiently and effectively address and resolve delivery and operational concerns.
• Ensure proper management of logistics budgets and expenses.
• Build strong relationships with logistics partners to increase distribution resources.
• Provide logistics support to the company within the set timelines.
• Oversee the dispatching and loading process to ensure that all orders are accurately release to customers and in good acceptable condition.
• Manages Drivers and Helpers so they adhere to strict schedules and company policies.
• Monitors Drivers and Helpers behavior to ensure high level of customer service.
• Utilize GPS system to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
• Overall management of vehicles performance and efficiency.
• Always ensure good condition and availability of all vehicles.
• Maintaining of detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Strictly monitor accomplishment of vehicle repair and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance time to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Ensure validity of all vehicle licensure and registrations.
• Ensure proper management of budgets and expenses.
• Develops methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency and attain the departmental KPIs.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or its equivalent.
• Must have a thorough knowledge in logistics management.
• Knowledgeable in the geographical areas of the Philippines and applicable methods to bring our products throughout the country.
• Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT.)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
• Has a strong analytical and critical-thinking skill and can proactively resolve problems.
• Has a strong leadership and has the capacity to lead and train the team.
• Has the ability to work with various department and foster teamwork.
• Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential matters.
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant and proven experience in Logistics
• Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
• Assists and supports the Operations Head towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
