The role involves developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit MEP, ensuring integration with electrical and structural disciplines.

Assist engineers with design input, including ductwork and pipe routing, equipment layout, pipe sizing, and technical documentation or modelling support.

Generate and update mechanical drawings such as layout plans, isometric views, schematics, riser diagrams, and equipment schedules, adhering to standards.

Collaborate in a BIM environment with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free model coordination.

Participate in clash detection and model review processes using Navisworks Manage, resolving coordination issues through meetings.

Ensure deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards, and ISO 19650 protocols.

Manage model versions and drawings within BIM 360 / ACC or other CDEs.

Contribute to creating and maintaining Revit families and BIM libraries for HVAC and PSFP components.

Support QA/QC activities to ensure design accuracy, model integrity, and documentation completeness.

Collaborate with regional and global project teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in BIM modelling and documentation of mechanical building services.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / ACC, and Microsoft Office.

Solid understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems design.

Soft Skills: Good communication skills in English, attention to detail, teamwork, and deadline management.

Desirable: Exposure to international standards and projects.
