Position System and Network Service Engineer – Automation Business Line, Spain (Madrid is the primary location, but other locations in the country are also considered). Responsibilities In this position, you will provide customer service such as maintenance, troubleshooting and on‑call services, and participate in project implementations related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS). You will also travel around Spain for customer visits and occasionally internationally for training. Customer Follow‑up: Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment, identify technical requirements, propose upgrades, oversee warranty and spare parts, and ensure permanent customer satisfaction and support. OT System and Network Service: Provide support and counselling for the design, maintenance and troubleshooting of OT systems and networks, both for customers and internally. Databases and Information Management Service: Participate in the design and service for customer information systems and reporting tools. Sales Support: Assist the Service Manager during the sales phase for quotations of services and equipment, follow the delivery process, and provide solutions to customer needs. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer or communication engineering or related background. Fluent in English and Spanish. Technical knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching is a differential. Knowledge of SQL databases is a differential. Team‑building skills, technical product knowledge, cooperative in business and direct contacts, stress resistant, able to organize own work (independence and discipline), capable of multitasking, fast responsive and available.
