Overview

The Group Manager, Information Systems Audit effectively directs, leads, and manages the information systems and technology-related audits of Aboitiz Foods including its operations and governance; provides reasonable assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of controls, governance, and risk management processes of business units, subsidiaries and affiliates applying applicable industry standards; and partners with the various Strategic Business Units (SBU) in enhancing/improving current business performance and future competitiveness.

The Group Manager, Information Systems Audit will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance, contributing to the organization\'s overall success and operational excellence. The position is responsible for preparing and implementing a risk-based IT audit and process improvement plans to assess, report on, and make suggestions for improving the Group’s IT-related operational activities.

Responsibilities
  • Direct, lead, and manage information systems and technology-related audits for Aboitiz Foods, including operations and governance.
  • Provide assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of controls, governance, and risk management processes across business units, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
  • Partner with Strategic Business Units (SBU) to enhance current performance and future competitiveness.
  • Promote a culture of strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Prepare and implement a risk-based IT audit and process improvement plan; assess, report, and suggest improvements for IT-related operations.
Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, or other related fields is required.

Experience

  • Seven (7) years of IT-related experience, including a minimum of 5 years IT audit experience and at least three (3) years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management up to executive level, budget management, and people leadership.
  • Familiarity with auditing widely used server, platform, database, and endpoint technologies (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server, Unix/Linux, SAP).
  • Advanced knowledge of standards (IS0/PIA) and audit frameworks (COBIT, COSO).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Computer Aided Auditing Tools (CAATs) is preferred.

License/s

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other equivalents are highly preferred.
