Summary of the Role
The role involves supporting with tasks related to renewals, including document preparation, data management, and client onboarding. It also includes coordinating with functional teams, managing billing and invoicing, and assisting with internal strategy meetings and reporting needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist with renewal tasks and document management
- Collaborate with teams to finalize deliverables and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.
- Support new client onboarding and manage Client Exposure details.
- Prepare and manage renewal documents while monitoring activities and facilitating internal strategy meetings.
- Assist with reporting and ad hoc requests

Qualifications
- College/University Graduate
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance renewal cycle
- US insurance experience preferred
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and its stages
- Thorough knowledge of various insurance documents
- Understanding of catastrophe modeling is useful
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills

Other skills required
- MS Office i.e., MS Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Influencing Stakeholders
