Responsibilities:

  • Leadand oversee SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs acrossmultiple industries.
  • Defineand drive finance strategy, solution architecture,and delivery roadmaps aligned with Powered Enterprisemethodologies.
  • Providethought leadership on RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP,and SAP BTP offerings.
  • Engagewith CXOs and senior stakeholders to shape digital financetransformation journeys.
  • Lead pre-sales, solutioning,and proposal development for strategic SAP opportunities.
  • Managelarge delivery teams across geographies, ensuring quality,timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct executive-levelworkshops, blueprinting sessions, and design authorityreviews.
  • Guidethe creation of TO-BE process designs, functionalspecifications, and integration strategies.
  • Oversee cross-functionalcollaboration with SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, andSuccessFactors.
  • Driveinnovation through SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting,and Central Finance.
  • Mentorand develop consultants across levels, fostering a culture ofexcellence and continuous learning.

RequiredSkills & Experience:

  • 13+years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least 4full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Provenleadership in Finance Transformation and SAP programdelivery.
  • Deepexpertise in:
  • GeneralLedger (New GL)
  • AccountsPayable/Receivable
  • AssetAccounting
  • BankAccounting
  • Controlling(Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, CO-PA)
  • Strongunderstanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and GroupReporting.
  • Experiencewith SAP Central Finance, SAP BTP, and clouddeployment models.
  • Familiaritywith SAP Activate methodology, agile delivery, and DevOpspractices.
  • Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • SAPS/4HANA Finance Certification.
  • Experiencein Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or FinancialServices.
  • Exposureto ESG reporting, tax compliance, and globalregulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledgeof AI/ML use cases in finance, predictive analytics,and process automation.
