Qualifications :

• Graduate of Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operation Background, Engineering Background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management in the consumer goods industry; distribution experience is an advantage

• Must be willing to work on extended hours as needed

Position :

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, and distribution of items. They lead the warehouse team, maintain inventory accuracy, implement procedures, and uphold safety standards. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders, manage inventory levels, and promptly address any warehouse-related issues.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Duties :

Inventory Management

Maintain accuracy in inventory records. Minimize stock outs and overstock situations. Implement proper inventory control measures.

KPIs : Inventory accuracy rate, Stock out rate, Overstock rate, Cycle counting accuracy.

Sales Order Fulfillment

Process orders accurately and timely. Monitor order picking and packing processes. Minimize order errors and returns.

Warehouse Organization

Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Implement and maintain an organized retrieval system.

Team Management

Supervise and lead warehouse staff. Conduct regular performance appraisals and training programs. Monitor and improve team productivity. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Shipping and Receiving

Quality Control

Monitor and control operational costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and monitor security measures.

KPIs : Safety inspection results, Compliance audit results, Incident rate.

Customer Service

Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. Handle customer queries and concerns related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education :

Bachelor\'s Degree

Experience :

3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.

Knowledge and Skills :

Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures. Receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials. Operation of forklift and other equipment. Warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology. Space utilization and inventory techniques. Inventory methods and practices.
