We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Officer to support our legal department. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, document preparation, case management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and reports
  • Coordinate and maintain case files and legal records
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and other departments
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents
  • Support in compliance-related matters and assist with internal investigations
  • Assist in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal matters
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and processes
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal database tools
Preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Knowledge of labor, corporate, and contract law is a plus
