Your Role Design Preparation: set up design files with new content and photography, precision and attention to detail. All new projects: timely, accurate to brief, aligned with design templates. 6+ briefs per week. Applying Feedback and Exporting: text and image changes based on team feedback; export designs for print and digital outputs. All feedback and exports: timely and accurate execution. Create AI backgrounds for product photography. Using helpful AI prompts to create realistic outputs. Support and work seamlessly with designers. Engage in clear communication with designers, keeping the team up to date with workflow statuses. What You Need Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multimedia or graphic design role. Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in producing videos for social and web (editing, subtitling, basic animation). Strong grasp of visual design principles—color, typography, layout. Ability to interpret briefs and create engaging content across formats. Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web content principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web optimization techniques. Podcast editing or audio production experience. Experience with Canva or other quick-turn design tools. Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based design thinking.
