About the Role We’re looking for a Viral Video Editor to help turn AI-generated UGC into brand-ready, high-performing social content. You’ll work closely with our content and product teams to support creative operations, remix existing content, and help build the future of AI‑assisted storytelling. What You’ll Do Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Support content operations: sourcing, organizing, and polishing AI‑generated videos Remix existing videos and create viral cuts that feel authentic and trend‑native Collaborate on AI prompt direction to generate better UGC inputs Spot and adapt emerging social trends, sounds, and formats Experiment with hooks, pacing, and captions to improve engagement What We’re Looking For Skilled short‑form video editor (e.g. Capcut) with strong understanding of TikTok and Reels Comfortable using the latest AI image and video generation tools (Veo 3.1, Sora 2, etc.) Knows how to remix existing content or repackage clips for maximum virality Knows how to scale video editing workflows optimized for attention Strong creative eye and awareness of current cultural trends Organized, fast‑moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment What You’ll Get Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off & holidays Flexible remote setup A front‑row seat in scaling a category‑defining startup Work directly with a fast‑moving global team driving cultural campaigns for leading brands To Apply Please include a link to your best video or content samples in your portfolio.
