The CPA Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring and guidance to students preparing for the CPA licensure exam. This role involves providing personalized instruction, developing study materials, and helping students master the concepts and skills required to pass the exam. The tutor will work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and tailor lessons to meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions focused on CPA exam subjects including auditing, financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, and business environment.
• Design and develop customized study plans and materials based on individual student needs and exam requirements.
• Evaluate students’ strengths and weaknesses through practice exams and other assessment tools, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Offer academic guidance and strategies for effective study habits, time management, and stress reduction.
• Assist students in understanding the exam format, types of questions, and time management techniques during the exam.
• Monitor student progress, adjust teaching methods as needed, and provide regular updates to students.
• Supply students with relevant study materials, textbooks, and online resources to support their learning.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to help students stay engaged and confident.
• Stay updated with changes in CPA exam content and format to provide the most current and effective instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA license is required.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in accounting or finance, is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of CPA exam content and structure, including recent updates and changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
• Proficient in using online teaching tools, platforms, and resources for virtual tutoring sessions.
• Patience and Empathy: Strong ability to empathize with students and maintain patience in helping them overcome challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
