What You’ll Get To Do Every Day Oversee provider licensing applications, ensuring compliance with state medical board and federal regulations Process license renewals for a medical group with 100–200 clinicians Liaise with state medical boards, credentialing agencies, and the clinical team to resolve application delays or documentation errors Independently manage complex licensing cases, including those with regulatory challenges Proactively maintain and update the provider licensing database for accuracy and timeliness Serve as the internal go-to expert for licensing inquiries Support ad-hoc practice and insurance operations tasks as needed Identify and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiency What You’ll Bring To The Role Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare credentialing, licensing, or a related field Familiarity with credentialing platforms (e.g., CAQH, CredentialStream) or EHR systems Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating with providers to gather documentation or resolve application issues Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing complex workflows Proactive problem-solving skills to tackle unexpected licensing or credentialing challenges Why Ubiquity?
