About the role As the Accounting Manager at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions. This full-time, office-based position in South Caloocan Metro Manila is a great opportunity to contribute to the financial success and strategic direction of the organisation. What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support business decision-making Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard the company's assets Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in a managerial accounting role, preferably within the energy industry Proven track record of managing a team of accounting professionals and driving process improvements Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, IFRS, and regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization Willing to be assigned or relocated to Ian Solar Energy Corp., South Caloocan Branch #J-18808-Ljbffr
