Enterprise Services includes multiple business platforms such as Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, all reporting to the Chief of Enterprise Services. These platforms enable the business to optimize client delivery, generate efficiencies, and support digital transformation strategies.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Clearance & Settlement Operations manages the end-to-end processing of clearance and settlement activities across DTC, NSCC & FICC, ensuring market integrity and efficiency. Responsibilities include trade matching, netting, settlement, exception handling, risk mitigation, physical processing, and operational controls. The team also leads project management, workflow improvements, and operational risk reviews, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for operational functionalities, with a focus on automation using industry-standard Java Selenium frameworks.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth workflow within the team through effective communication and organization awareness
• Foster professional development of team members through training and initiatives
• Build strong relationships across the enterprise
• Evaluate UAT testing status and identify critical risks
• Design and influence automation strategies for UAT, emphasizing reusability and automation principles
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans, including automated testing
• Collaborate to identify root causes of application issues and contribute SMEs insights
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and manage risks and audits related to UAT
• Review test strategies with partners to ensure coverage and quality
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• 13-15 years of software testing and UAT experience
• 8+ years of IT management experience (preferred)
• 8 years of Java or Selenium TestNG automation experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in API automation
• Availability to work US/EMEA hours
