- Analyze building inspection data provided by our AI platform and generate comprehensive engineering reports for clients
- Collaborate directly with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects
- Assist clients in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis
- Work remotely, managing communication and project deliverables effectively across different time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting
- Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
- Prior experience working in a remote capacity is advantageous
- A fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines
