Ready to unleash your potential with us? Join the winning team now We are looking for a Google Distributed Cloud Integrated Program lead. Google Distributed Cloud is a portfolio of fully managed hardware and software solutions which extends Google Cloud’s infrastructure and services to the edge and into data centers. The GDC Integrated Program Lead is a Senior Program Management role responsible for driving large-scale GDC program with key enterprise customers in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end program governance — from planning and hardware deployment to training, migration, and post-deployment handover. Your responsibilities inclide: End-to-End Program Leadership – Oversee the full lifecycle of the GDC program, including planning, governance, risk management, execution, and post-deployment handover to ensure successful customer migration to GDC Air-Gapped solutions. Strategic Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to align business objectives, remove roadblocks, and drive program success. Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Google Cloud teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to coordinate hardware delivery, training, deployment, and support activities, ensuring timely execution and smooth transformation. Requirements Tertiary qualification in a technology or engineering discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with at least 12 years in Program Management. At least 7 years in a technical leadership role, include 2 years of people or team management experience. Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems projects, including cloud migration and implementation. Familiarity with data center migration, scalable cloud architecture, and Google Cloud Distributed ecosystem. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills across executive and technical levels. Willingness to travel and be on-site with customers approximately 50% of the time.
