A day in the life...

  • Handle parts of the order-to-cash process, including:
  • Maintaining customer details in the system
  • Allocating customer payments to specific accounts
  • Identifying and resolving customer claims and deductions promptly
  • Generating blocked order reports, analyzing them according to credit policies, and making recommendations
  • Conducting collection activities and following up on overdue accounts, escalating problematic accounts as needed
  • Responding to customer queries and ensuring issues are resolved timely
  • Participating in Order to Cash continuous improvement initiatives

What will make you successful

  • Willing to work night shifts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business field
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of SAP or MS applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results
