Handle parts of the order-to-cash process, including: Maintaining customer details in the system Allocating customer payments to specific accounts Identifying and resolving customer claims and deductions promptly Generating blocked order reports, analyzing them according to credit policies, and making recommendations Conducting collection activities and following up on overdue accounts, escalating problematic accounts as needed Responding to customer queries and ensuring issues are resolved timely Participating in Order to Cash continuous improvement initiatives What will make you successful Willing to work night shifts Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business field At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Working knowledge of SAP or MS applications Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company, with 308,000 employees worldwide.
